FAQ
Whats included when I book with you for a team or school?
There is no upfront charge for standard team or school picture days unless a specialty backdrop or custom setup is requested. Every player, dancer, or student is welcome to be photographed, and all images will be uploaded to a private online gallery for families to view and order from individually.
Picture day is funded through gallery sales, making the process simple and stress-free for your organization while still providing families with professional-quality images and products they’ll love.
Will you also take photos of the team or classes?
Yes. Team and class photos are included during picture day and are scheduled alongside individual portraits. We photograph full teams, dance classes, coaches, instructors, and additional groupings as requested.
To keep picture day running smoothly and on schedule, all players, dancers, students, coaches, and teachers should arrive camera-ready and prepared to participate in group photos.
How many final images can we expect to see in our proofing gallery?
Each player or student will typically receive 2–3 professionally photographed poses in the online proofing gallery. This gives families a variety of expressions and looks to choose from when placing their orders.
Our goal is to provide enough variety for meaningful selection while keeping picture day organized, efficient, and consistent across the entire team or school.
Can we purchase additional images and upgrade to the full gallery?
Absolutely. Families may purchase individual images or choose from a variety of print and digital collections directly through the online gallery. We also offer specialty products such as albums, keepsakes, banners, and custom items, depending on the event or organization.
Packages are available at multiple price points to accommodate a variety of budgets, and there is no requirement to purchase a package. Families are welcome to order only the images they love. A minimum order of $10 applies to all gallery purchases.
